Indonesia is composed by many ectnic, tribes , religion, islands either big or small island which strecth from west to east.we may diversity in all above aspect but for the wedding we are under marriage regulations made in year 1974.one of the content stated that for those couple who want to get married legally, they must posses a religious ceremony and thus the marriage can be registered by Registry office.actually there are 5 religions recorgnized by our goverment.The celebration can be carried out as you wish but for bali offers your diversity of wedding package and venue start from simple one up to elaborate designed wedding .do not worry for busy couple may use the services of wedding planner and organizer .On this opportunity we may share about bali wedding , it mean wedding for balinese people .Most of the balinese are follower of Hindu Bali which they have their own ceremonial rites accordingly in older time many wedding done by request or locally called ” di Jodohkan ” but this kind of wedding bring not so good effect due many couple divorced however on this modern and global links that kind of wedding is no longer practized due to the couple prefer chose by themself.The balinese wedding couple before get married will proceed some step
1st “Mesadok” is the groom with their small family will visit the bride house to acknowledge that his son falling in love to her daughter and wish to marry her daughter.Small conversation done including the wedding date , wedding venue .after all agreed each other or by both familly so then step up to 2nd step”Mepadik”during this session ,there is handing over from the parets of bride, head of villager both adminitratively which called Banjar and head of customs and traditions of village to groom , new banjar and new customs and traditions .There are some paper works need to be signed , the bride leave her house for her future husband but religiously she need to pray to familly temple for a blessing that she will join her husband an no more part of her family.thus the bride go for groom house for a wedding ceremony commenced with a welcome offering ,bea kawon ,and offering for ceremony . the ceremony led by a Priest called Pendeta or pedanda or hly priest .in the evening some youth club from the village of the groom visit the new wedded couple for support and say congratulations till mid night or end of party .after all ceremony done the couple may report to the registry office to registering their marriage and thus issued a marriage certificate .
